Join us in shaping the future of sound
Sonic Days is an international sound conference bringing together professionals, students, researchers, and creatives from across the globe. We are now accepting proposals for talks, workshops, panels, and other session formats for this year’s event, taking place on November 19–20, 2025, in Kolding, Denmark.
At Sonic Days, we are committed to fair working conditions. All selected speakers receive a modest honorarium and paid transportation, reflecting our belief that all contributions deserve recognition and support—whether from Oscar-winning professionals or emerging voices.
Submission Period
The Call for Speakers is open from May 30 to August 7, 2025 (GMT–1). Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage early submissions.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome contributions from across the sound field—whether rooted in technology, creativity, research, or critical reflection. Sessions may take the form of:
- Presentations or talks
- Panel discussions
- Hands-on workshops or demos
- Listening sessions
- Experimental or hybrid formats

Who Selects the Proposals?
All proposals are reviewed by our program committee, which includes members of the Sonic Days leadership team, faculty from Sonic College, and selected students.
