Caoimhe Doyle joins Sonic Days 2026

How do you create sounds that audiences never notice – but would immediately miss if they were gone?

We’re delighted to welcome Caoimhe Doyle to Sonic Days 2026.

As Lead Foley Artist and co-owner of The Foley Lab in Ireland, Caoimhe has spent more than 25 years crafting the sounds that bring film and television to life. Working with footsteps, props and performance-driven sound, she creates the subtle details that make every scene feel authentic and emotionally convincing.

An Emmy nominee and MPSE Golden Reel Award winner, Caoimhe has built an international reputation for excellence in Foley. Her work demonstrates how technical precision, performance and creativity come together to support visual storytelling without ever distracting from it.

At Sonic Days 2026, Caoimhe will share insights into the craft of Foley, exploring how sound is performed, recorded and shaped to enhance the emotional impact of film and television.

Whether you work in film, post-production, game audio or simply want to better understand the role of performance in sound design, this session offers a rare opportunity to learn from one of the industry’s leading Foley artists.

Sonic Days 2026 takes place November 18 – 19 in Kolding, Denmark. Registration is free.
